Cormac Noonan is the founder of Wolf Academy, an organisation that provides powerful and effective wellbeing solutions to schools across Ireland and the EU.
Cormac will be host this face to face session for teachers and SNAs to help them destress, clear their minds and reconnect to a sense of inner peace and rejuvenation.
We will begin with some hawthorn tea, which is used to connect with the heart centre, bringing our focus inward before we move into the breathwork.
We will be using a breathing technique called circular breathing while listening to music, to help us move past the monkey mind and find a sense of calm and clarity.
We will finish with some gentle mindful movement to help us reconnect to our bodies so we leave feeling relaxed and grounded.
