So often we have to put other people's needs before our own.
Being able to
cultivate self-compassion is a skill that adds so much to our life.
A layer of presence, connection to ourselves and our inner voice. I teach this
skill using an inner child metaphor. I've seen such incredible shifts in
people, a reduction in self-criticism and a complete change in their mindset
with this work. I would give them exercises to build this skill and guide them
through one of my signature meditations.
