Permission to Rest
Derval will guide you gently through restful breathing practices, mindfulness practices, and yogic sleep.
Switch off completely – for one full hour – in the comfort of your own home!
You will need:
- A comfortable chair, and/or a comfortable place to lie down (your choice)
- A cosy warm blanket/quilt, and a couple of cushions or pillows (your choice)
- A do not disturb sign on your door & the intention to rest deeply J
